Force and Power:
Force is a measure of our ability to change, internal or external states.
Power is a measure of our ability to exert this force over time.
Force and Power both measure kinetic expressions of will.
I can spend money on a single purchase using my economic force. I can also spend money on purchase after purchase and you will feel my economic power.
When we see young couples showing affection we see an expression of will, the force of love; passion. When we see a married couple showing affection we also see an expression of will, the power of love; commitment.
Military Force: Bombing an enemy.
Military Power: Funding a long running war.
